Thank you for choosing Pure Beauty Aesthetics. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, allowing time for a personalized and uninterrupted experience. In order to maintain a consistent schedule and provide the highest level of care to all clients, the following policies are in place. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total. This fee must be paid in full before the appointment can be rescheduled. Multiple Services & Same-Day Service Changes: When booking multiple services during the same appointment, time is reserved specifically for each service selected. This allows me to properly prepare for your appointment and ensures that enough time is available for your scheduled services. If you decide on the day of your appointment that you no longer wish to receive one or more of your scheduled services, the service(s) may be removed from your appointment; however, a 50% fee of each service declined same-day will apply. This policy applies whether the service is declined before or during your appointment. If you need to remove or change a service from your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible so the time can be made available to another client. No-Call / No-Show: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and provide no prior notice will be charged 95% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals: Punctuality is greatly appreciated and ensures each client receives their full scheduled service. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule in order to maintain the flow of the schedule for all clients. Full service pricing will still apply. Card on File: A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. Repeat Policy Violations & Deposit Requirement: Clients with repeated late cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or habitual late arrivals may be moved to a deposit-required booking structure at the discretion of Pure Beauty Aesthetics. Under this structure, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to reserve all future appointments. This deposit is applied toward the scheduled service total at the time of the appointment. Clients under this structure will not be subject to additional cancellation fees, as the deposit serves as the commitment to the reserved appointment time. If the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed in violation of this policy, the deposit will be forfeited.
